We are committed to respecting your right to privacy and protecting your personal information. Where they apply, we aim to observe the National Privacy Principles in the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Commonwealth) and any other relevant laws.

This Privacy Policy outlines how we manage your personal information. It also describes the sorts of personal information we hold, and the purposes for which we hold it, and how that information is collected, held, used and disclosed.

Our Privacy Policy applies to all your dealings with us, however they occur. Our Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time, and the Privacy Policy which applies to our relationship with you is the current version as published on our website from time to time.

Collecting your personal information

If you are acquiring or have acquired Services from Green Flight, we will collect and hold your personal information for the purposes of providing you with the Services and delivering and administering the Services.

The information collected may include your name, postal or email address, date of birth, flight information, credit card information and other information we consider appropriate or necessary.

Where it is practical to do so, we will collect your personal information from you. In some circumstances we may collect it from the airline or other person assisting you with provision of your flight. Collection of information may happen when that airline or other person refers you to Greenflight, or when you purchase Services from Green Flight or when you give us personal information over the telephone.

Using and disclosing your personal information

We may disclose your personal information when required or authorised by law, for example, to government or regulatory bodies for the prevention or detection of unlawful activities, or when you have given your consent. Some of these uses and disclosures may occur outside of Australia.
