Information for Administrators

Thank you for deciding to implement a corporate Carbon Offset Program for your staff air travel.

We are currently finalising our Corporate Staff Air Travel Offset Program.

To make it simple for you, we are developing this dedicated corporate program that makes it easy for you and your staff to record all of your company air travel, and provide you with a summary of the air travel emissions and an easy single invoice at the end of each month.

This enables you to easily track your staff air travel emissions, and pay for the carbon offsets with your usual invoice payment processes.

Making it easy

In 3 easy steps, you can be setup:

Step 1: Nominate an Administrator for your Corporate Carbon Offset Program

We recommend either someone from your Accounts area or Environment (as the invoices can be sent to the Administrator or a nominated Accounts)

Step 2: Administrator completes the Corporate Offset Program Administrator Registration Form - this form will be on this page when Program is activated.

This will automatically send you an email with your log in details as Administrator, as well as the details you can forward to your staff, so they can set themselves up as Users.

That way each staff member can log in when flying and record their travel details. At the end each month, a consolidated Report and Invoice will be sent to your nominated Accounts person for payment.

Step 3: Send the User Set up email to your staff

This email contains all of the information your staff needs to set themselves up as Users, including why your company has implemented the Program, and how it works. 

Then your staff simply register and log in as needed to record their air travel and emissions.

An invoice will automatically be sent to your Accounts Department and the Administrator, so you can easily track your staff travel CO2 emissions.
