Making a Significant Difference

At Green Flight, our aim is to make a significant difference to the level of CO_2e gas emissions generated by the travel industry. For our contribution to be meaningful, this means offsetting millions of tonnes of CO_2e emissions that are generated by the industry every year. It is a very big task we have set.

These emissions are currently unavoidable because of the vital role that airlines and the travel industry play in helping all of us to live the lives we want, through the movement of passengers for business and pleasure, and the goods that we all enjoy.

Without the airline industry, many people in many countries would have less opportunity to increase their incomes and improve their lives. Now, we know that buying carbon credit offsets are not the whole answer to the airline industry emissions – the airlines, aircraft manufacturers and everybody else in the industry needs to reduce emissions from their operations in every way possible.

About Green Flight

Green Flight has it's origins with C & L Aerospace, an aerospace company that has been supporting airlines for 15 years with material support and other services.  

One of the many issues facing the aviation industry at the moment is climate change and greenhouse gas emissions. With our knowledge of the airline industry, we have extended our services to help airlines address their emissions via carbon footprint measurement and carbon offset programmes.

We are also working with RDC Aviation and other professional firms such as Bureau Veritas to ensure that all of our processes are transparent and credible.
